This hoodie is amazing! You can tell that she doesn’t play about her business and that she cares about it all so much. She kept me informed and updated, gave me the opportunity to provided any feedback and make any changes, and provided pics of my purchase & did all of this all while going through a personal loss of her own. The packaging alone caught my attention, then when I opened it and got surprised to find some thank you goodies, but when I pulled out the hoodie I was in awe. My expectations on the experience was exceeded. She is so patient and dedicated to completing a custom piece to your liking.
